13 blink trouble code: wtf??

13 blink trouble code: wtf??
So I'm finishing a turbo setup on my car.... starts up instantly and sounds good but it has the check engine light on for p0051 for the*o2*sensor*and another code that I have no idea how to read .... I go to check the codes with the pedal sequence and I get this....
Long blinks: 10*
Short: 1
Short: 10
Short: 13 .... what the*heck???? Does that mean 3??? I have no idea why it wouldn't just do 3 short blinks. Anyone run into this issue? And before anyone asks, yes I'm positive it's 13 blinks.
It is in limp mode... I'm thinking it is the MAF code p0103

Just picked up a diag tool from autozone and ran the codes. MAF code thrown...
Another question.... sitting on my couch it popped in my head... is there a ground to the driver side exhaust manifold? I vaguely remember one and don't remember reattaching one when I was putting everything back together. If there is a ground there and in my case, lack thereof, think it would funk with my MAF signal?
