Default Pressure plate rubbing bell housing.

I have an 03 350z Touring 6MT with a brand new Southbend Clutch and single mass flywheel. Got it back from the mechanic and he said the pressure plate is rubbing the bellhousing. So idk if many folks have had this problem with the same type of clutch. Looking for any advice or things to check to resolve the problem. Or should I just buy a new pressure plate..?

Yeah I got the one specified for 2003 only the DE non revup. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. They sent me the wrong pivot ball and throw out bearing.... ConceptZperformance better refund my money. But I can't handle it right meow. Currently out of the country.
