Default Not so typical blown clutch

Hey guys, I'm really new here, but I've been a 350z enthusiast for the longest, haha.
A few days ago, I was on the highway, when the car started decelerating. i tapped the gas, rpms shoot up, no response. Clutch pedal was feeling weird, a bit softer than normal, but was still fully going to the floor, and coming right back up. I put in a new clutch and flywheel in less than 6 months ago. Clutch was broken in as specified, and after the break in period ( I think after like 1100 miles) i started playing around with the car, with launching under the right conditions, drifting around, etc. (I'm not good or anything, it's jsut fun to kick the tail of any Z)
Well yeah. When the clutch died the first time, it was also on the highway. The thing is, the car would start even if i didnt press the clutch pedal then.
now, the car won't start if the clutch isn't fully depressed.
no CEL. I have a lightweight flywheel, and i can hear the gear rattle (normal for lightweight flywheel) when the clutch is engaged, but it goes away when the clutch is disengaged (pedal depressed)
was like this since 1st clutch change.
so anyway, what can I do? I'm going to try to have it towed to a shop soon, but idk.

You may need a new slave cylinder

try changing the fluid first (cheapest) and then like chevelle said your slave and or master may be going out

Guess you could use this as an excuse to upgrade you slave or master!

Clutch fluid, master and slave cylinder have no play in this. This is the clutch slipping. I guess there might be some way they could fail and keep pressure on the release fork allowing the clutch to slip but that's unlikely. You can unbolt the slave cylinder from the side of the transmission or drain all the fluid out of it and it shouldn't slip like what he has going on.

I would jack the car up and have sombody pump the clutch while you watch the release fork. If it is moving fully in and out your new clutch is most likely toast.
