I was replacing my valve covers and putting everything back together when I noticed the cam position sensor didnt lock in place. I can push the green part and insert the sensor, it clicks but it wont stay in it easily can be pulled back out. Is there anyway to fix it i may have forced it out to begin with

 

sounds like the clip is broken on the harness or the tab on the camshaft sensor is jacked..... hope for the latter of the two, replacing the sensor is cheaper than the wiring harness
