I got this code on the highway going aprox 80 mph and reset it. I just got the code again about 4 days later on the highway doing the same speed.
I checked the sensors and the harness and they seem fine. I know I do not have any leaks in the intake/exhaust. Should I have the fuel pressure and fuel injectors checked or just replace the sensors? I have an aftermarket intake/TP's/catback and I am tuned. I have had no problems since being tuned.
Can't seem to find much for this code.
Anyone have some exp with code?

I had 2 problems causing my issue..
#1. Was missing the gasket for the MAF sensor.
#2. Secondary o2 sensors. They worked fine; however, they made the ECU think it was running lean. It would throw lean codes ut run VERY RICH. I would be sitting at high 12s low 13s just at idle. Unplugging the rear 02 sensors fixed the issue. You will have a CEL still, but it will be fixed. I do want to clarify and say this seems to be mainly an issue for 2004.5's with testpipes/high flows.
