Cold start stumble

Cold start stumble
Here is the issue. I have an intermittent problem with my car on cold starts. It does this 9/10 times.
The car is a 2004 touring 6sp with 112k miles. I bought it in 08 with 55k miles. As long as I have had it, it hasn't thrown a CEL that I didn't directly cause, I haven't cleaned the TB, haven't had to replace anything other than spark plugs, and it has the factory cats on it still. It has an UpRev tune in it, but it does this no matter what map I have it on.
When it is warmer outside it isn't this dramatic, and the other day it was 17 degrees and it started perfect. It will also stall on rare occasions. Once it smooths out like it did in the video it runs perfect.
I'm thinking it may be the cats starting to plug, the O2 sensors starting to die or the TB needing cleaned. Figured I would post up here and see if anyone else has had this problem before I spend any money.

I have an 04.5 touring as well and I experience the same issue. The car comes to a near stall upon a cold startup in the winter and eventually comes to a normal idle. It is barely noticeable in warmer months.
I would be interested to know if there is a cause and a solution to this problem

Have you ckd the resistance across the coolant temp sensor? If the resistance is 0 at cold that might be the culprit.

I haven't done anything. I put my bluetooth OBD2 scanner in it because I'm too lazy to plug my laptop in. Everything seemed to be reading normal and everything was working. No codes and nothing out of the ordinary.
If I don't go on a bike ride tomorrow I'll check the resistance out on it.

Well I haven't fixed it yet but I'm 99% sure I found the root of my problems.
I didn't even get to the throttle body yet when I found it. The hose that hooks to the bottom of the intake tube was split. New hose had to be ordered from Dallas and should be at the dealer for me to pick up tomorrow. $25 fix.
But since I already bought a gasket and to get that hose off it would be much easier with the TB out of the way I pulled it off to clean it.

It really isn't that bad for having 113k miles on it.
