Exclamation Are the side door weather stripping easy to replace?

So due to this freakishly cold weather we've been having in the North East, my weather stripping got torn in the center from being frozen to the door. I was wondering if the weather stripping on the top of the body side door (where the window kisses the rubber) is easy enough to replace myself? Does the new one have some sort of peel off 3M adhesive to stick to the door pre-applied on it already?
