Default new twin disc clutch problems

Ok. Guys this is how it went. I bought me a SS super twin spec clutch got it installed on my 2003 350z, got in the car, started and nothing. I couldn't get it on any gear. So I thought it need it some break in so I drove it like that for 45 miles but nothing changed. I started to feel like the clutch pedal was a little spongy. So I decided to change the master and slave cylinders, bleed them for like 1 hour. It kind of help it a little but some time it will shift kinda ok and sometimes will not even shift at all. Have anybody ran thru this before? I just want to drive my z the way I used to.

It's obvisous something went wrong during the install, my exedy twin was simple install.. I bled it and it was good to go, the first couple of miles was rough but it was expected to break it in.

I second that. Something went wrong during the install. Did you install it yourself or have a mechanic do the job? If a mechanic, I would take the car back and have the job done correctly. If you did it yourself, you are probably going to have to pull the transmission again and see what went wrong.

I finally for in touch with SPEC. The guy told me to pull the transmission out again and told me to check the splines on the clutch discs, well I notice that there were marks that the first disc closest to the flywheel was not going all the way thru the pilot shaft. End up finding out that they shipped the wrong clutch discs. I send them back and I should get the right ones by the end of the week.
