Default need help!

i just bought my first z and im already having problems with it. the trip meter always resets itself as soon as you turn the car off and clicker and green arrows on the gauge cluster doesnt work even though the turn signals outside of the car clearly works. everything worked fine when i first got it last month but one thing after another keeps failing as soon as i repair it.

has anyone had this issue before? can you tell me how to fix it?

Never had this problem- have you checked the instrument pod itself and made sure all the connections are tight and complete? Also, is this the original gauge pod or was this a salvage vehicle?

everything on the car is original except the brakes and the spoiler. the car has a clean title and has never been in an accident as there is not even a single door ding.
i havent checked the pods yet because i'm still trying to find directions on how to take that apart withiut breaking anything lol

Battery is getting low, mine has done that a few times over the years. Could be a cruddy connection at the battery terminal , I would clean them first.

circuit board on gauge cluster is toast. if its not remembering mileage it cant access the ram on the board. doubt its the battery if radio is holding the presets and turns over when you start it. id start looking for a new cluster on ebay. unless you have experience with repairing circuit boards
