Talking new to our trans... looking for advice

Hey guys, I have the opportunity to try a company that wants to start producing light weight clutch and flywheels for our cars. only thing is that i'm new to the 350z, and have plenty experience taking of transmissions off of hondas, toyotas, and s-chassis vehicals.

I have shot my self in the foot by telling my friends that I will only install my DC shorty headers, when i get a clutch and fly wheel because i've read that having the transmission off actually helps a great deal with room.

the whole clutch and flywheel assemly i'm installing is made in house, in LA... and i'm testing to make sure that the car turns on after the install. I didn't know, but I guess we can some sort of timing sensor on our flywheels? this is the main reason why i'm saying test. the shop has told me, if the car starts, and runs fine after a few starts, then keep the fly wheel(17lbs) and let him know

So again, i'm looking for tips, tricks and warnings for things that might get stuck, lost, break for the trans... I guess the headers too. I know there is a lot of information on this page, but looking through 45K posts that have the combo "clutch and flywheel" isn't my typical way of spending my friday night. I plan.

thanks again!
