I went to check under my hood only to find the it doesn't open when I pill the lever. I'm hoping one of you had the same problem and was successfully able to get it open. I've been searching the forums to no avail.

 

Seen that a couple times, dealer only. gl

 

have someone gently push, then let up on the hood as you pull and hold the release
