Default Subframe studs broke help.

Hey guys, been lurking here for awhile and finally got into a predicament that I need to ask about. I have a z that I bought for a drift/track toy a little over a year ago and I've been slowly catching up on some long neglected maintinence and doing upgrades along the way. To make a long story short, in order to replace some rusty bits underneath the car and all the rear subframe/diff bushings I dropped my subframe today. Now, this car has spent it's whole life in the rust belt, and I always take precautions against seized hardware (heat and loads of pb blaster) but I had some bad sh*t happen this time... 3 of the 4 subframe studs broke off before the nut came all the way off. (I'll give everyone reading a minute to internally panic the way I did)........... now, I know they are pressed in like wheel studs, and I know I can holesaw the rear floors, and pound them up from the bottom..... but does anyone know where to buy replacement studs? Also, would it be unreasonable to simply get a couple large bolts and washers and just run them in place of the studs? Also have read about cutting the threads off and having a threaded piece welded onto the rest of the stud? This is a fairly common thing on 240s from I've read and those guys have a couple similar solutions. Anyone with experience here is welcome to chime in. Thanks everyone.

Since you're in the rust belt anyway, if you can make it work, then go for it. Grade 8 bolts, slightly beefier than the stock studs should do the trick. God only knows how many out-of-spec bolts I've put on the Mustangs and Fiats I've restored.

I personally wouldn't weld something on to the stud.

I would cut the floor and replace the bolts with some universal grade 8 hardware.
