Default Hi, can anyone tell me where the Crankshaft Position Sensor on VQ35HR is?

I've searched for information in the manual and I found the picture of it but I'm not sure where is that CKP

Is it under the car? Cause I've looked on the nissan site and it showed another location

I would trust the FSM over the parts catalogue. Its also shown in EM-107. looks like both places are showing you the same location including the parts catalog.

When you swap out any of these sensors, does the neg. terminal of battery need to be disconnected? If so, do you let it sit disconnected for X amount of hours prior? Any reset/re-learn necessary after the new sensor/s are installed?

Thanks, sorry for all of the questions, just curious what the correct procedures are for this sort of thing; sounds like a lot of Zs are having limp mode and misc. issues due to failing crankshaft/camshaft sensors.
