Default Just Got a New Car

Hey guys, guess what??! I just got a new car. I went from having a 1994 Toyota Camry to a 2006 Nissan 350z which he surprised me with. As aweome as this is, I have a few problems with it. Please help me out with what I can expect to pay to return this car to mint condition.

First thing is:
The driver side doesn't open from the outside. The interior works fine.
Thanks to this guy,

now I have a work around that, but I would still like to fix this.

Second: The horn does not work. The first steering wheel that was on there was replaced because the airbag came out but the second one, for some reason the horn does not work?

Third: My radio has a lot of static. Even local channels that I shouldn't have a problem with, I can barely hear anything coming out from it.

Fourth: I want to replace all four of my tires. These tires were bought at the same time a while back and now one of them has already gone out and the treads on the others are worn out, where can I buy reliable new tires for my car?
Fifth?: I don't know if this is a problem, but for some reason, my headlights face down. Like it doesn't really go out in front, it illuminates more of the road right below and in front of me.

Thank you guys for all of your help

Also, i forgot to add:

My rear hatch struts I thing are out of gas or whatever because it doesn't hold its self up anymore.
Also, when I try to open it with the key, I have to press it three to four times for it to fully unlock. I would press it and I would hear the locking mechanism but it won't budge, then it begins to loosen the more times I press it

Congrats on the upgrade. I will tell you, though, that every one of your car's issues has been addressed here many times since 2003, and you can find the answers by searching. Also read the Top 100 FAQs, linked at the top of every page.

If you search, you will find solution(s) for every question/problem you describe with your new car. The information you are asking about (and that is here right now) is very current on my350z.com.
