Default Airbag Light Constantly On; Front Bumper Damage?

Hello all,
I checked this 06 out yesterday, and it had this problem where the airbag light was constantly on (not blinking). I researched a bit and found that it has something to do with a module. The car was involved in a frontal accident requiring the replacement of the front bumper. Is there a module near the front bumper that might have gotten removed? I am little clueless since most cases seem to be a flashing airbag light. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Were the airbags ever deployed, and if so, were they replaced?

They told me that the airbags were never deployed. I'm not 100% sure how to check.

Not sure about America, but in Canada, some of the back-lot dealerships just sell them without an AMVIC inspection. Basically saying "it's cheaper, but we aren't guaranteeing anything."
