Default Power loss after CPS replacement

So about a week ago my camshaft position sensor went out (code P0345). So I went to the dealer and the replaced both bank 1 and bank 2. No big deal, I thought that was the end of it. But after the replacement I've been experiencing significant power loss (pedal to the medal is only giving me about 4000 RPM where I used to get 6k+). There is no "get up and go". I have no idea what's causing this since the problem surfaced only AFTER the CPS went out. Any ideas what this could be? I plan to check my plugs tomorrow, but besides that I have absolutely no clue. I have an 05 Enthusiast with about 84.5k miles on it.

Edit: Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I'm new to the board.
