Default window issues

Looking for any advice, bare with me am a newbie here and I have a 2004 350z. I just recently replace my stereo and had my front dash off were I unplugged the connectors for my hazards oil gauge ,etc. Its the white box behind the stereo that has the 4 connectors to it.I put everything back together without any issues and now I notice my drivers side window will not work unless I bang my door panel. After that my window will work fine, also note my passenger window works fine. I don't want to replace the window motor unless I have to also how can I tell if its the window switch or motor, or do I need to reset anything. Please help?

That's the window motor. If I rolled mine all the way down it wouldn't come back up unless I hit the door panel really hard. I replaced the motor shortly after because I didn't want it to get stuck.

Changed my drivers side window motor 2 years ago and my passenger side window motor 2 weeks ago. Welcome to the club!
