Default 350z P0430 CEL, Loss of MPG and power

Hi, I have a 2004 350z enthusiasts it's 97k on it, recently the p0430 light came on which apparently is an inefficiency in bank 2. Wasn't noticing any performance changes so I kept it how it was and didn't try to fix it other than looking for exhaust leaks, but now my MPGs have absolutely tanked (6.8 avg mpg),my cars power has slightly dropped, and when I accelerate at around 2.5k rpms there's a scratching noise in the exhaust. has anyone else dealt with this? is it the o2 sensors? the cats? or neither? I've been researching and haven't seen a clear answer and haven't seen anyone else with the scratchy noise problem. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

my guess is that you are too cheap to take it to nissan for a proper diagnosis

i gazed into my internet mechanic crystal ball and it said your car has herpes.....i think its almost as bad as webmd

lol not too cheap but also would rather do it myself instead of getting raped by them, told myself if I can't get it fixed by next week I'd take it.
