Hi,

I was hoping I could get some insight from some other users on my issue. I ordered the option 2 kit from R&D Factory to replace my spark plug grommets and valve cover gaskets. However, you can only pay through paypal and I never received a conformation email from R&D at the time of purchase or days after when I emailed about any way to track my shipment? I have had no replies and all I have is a receipt from paypal and no way to know if my shipment is in transit. Has anyone else had this problem with them?
