Default Headlight Flickering Issue - Please help! (video in description)

For a few months now, my driver's side headlight has stopped working properly. I turn on the lights and the headlight flickers and turns off. I'm not sure if I need to order a new bulb or headlight ballast so I'm hoping someone else is familiar with this or can point me in the right direction. I want to order the part(s) before I drive to a buddy's house and take the front apart since I regularly have to park on the street.

Here's a video of what it looks like (my car) :

I had this problem. Replace the ballast. I would replace both to be on the safe side. I replaced the bad one and 1 week later the other side did the same thing...just a suggestion. Good luck.

Guys, SOS, what do I do with the extra wire attached to the headlight bulb when replacing the ballast and ignitor? The OEM one has a wire dangling and the new one doesn't?

UGghhhh Please help!
