Default Help, no start situation

My car won't crank, the starter fuse in the interior fuse box is receiving no power (checked with test light), however the fuse isnt blown.

Does NATS also disable the starter?

Nat's disables Ignition if I'm not mistaken. If your not getting power to your fuse box you have a big problem. You need to shoot wires!

nats allows the starter to turn, but blocks fuel or ignition, not sure which one, but the starter will just turn and turn if that was the issue.

The fuse box has power, its just the starter fuse in the fuse box that has no power in the circuit.
