Default 2008 350z won't start sometimes

Well this is my first problem on my 350z when I try to crank it, it just makes a tick noise

I have put a brand new napa battery in it an a new negative battery cable an it does this sometimes it's really annoying I'm afraid to stall it at a red light an this **** will happen I will be quit embarrassed the car has 77k miles the old battery had a little corrosion on the negative terminal an it does the same an the new battery that's why I replaced it I bought the car from two old people so they probably let it set a good while

I don't have no battery light on. when I just have the car on start it read about 12.5 an when I have the car on it reads about 14

Here is a video

is it throwing a code? If the HR is anything like the older models, could be the cam position sensor. Cheap easy fix if so.
