Default Radiator Coolant leaking heavily - 2007 Nissan 350z

Underneath the car, after parking it elsewhere

Hey guys, I have a 2007 Nissan 350z that's heavily leaking radiator coolant (as you can see in the photos), but I can't pinpoint where is it coming from exactly. About 2-3 months ago I replaced the thermostat, did a radiator & overflow tank flush/clean & checked/cleaned all the hoses.

Last week I took my car to a mechanic to replace the ball-joints & some lower arm bushes, that's when I noticed that the coolant was leaking so bad, it was dripping on the floor while the car is in motion . The mechanic checked the radiator & hoses for any leakages/holes, but there wasn't any. However, I did notice that he filled-up the overflow tank way beyond the max mark, nearly a full tank . He then told me the coolant drips could be due to that, as it's getting rid of the excess coolant. So I was like ok & I went home.

On my way to work yesterday, before I started up the car, I notice this pool of coolant on the floor (that you see in the photos) , but I didn't have the time to check it, so I went to work & When I came back, I opened the radiator cap & noticed that it was empty dry, which is very unusual , so I refilled it, started up the car & let it warm up for 25-30 mins, while keeping an eye out for any leakages from underneath it, but there was none & the temp. gauge was normal (below half), so it wasn't overheating.

I then turned it off & went home, came back like 2 hours later to check the coolant level in the radiator, but I dropped the cap in the gap between the radiator & the engine block . It took my like 40 mins to retrieve it, after having to jack-up the car, remove the left wheel & get my hands on the lower pan underneath the car. I noticed then that there were coolant marks, drops & small puddles on the pan from the inside.

When I refitted the wheel & dropped the car back down off the jack, I noticed that the coolant leaked again & made a new big puddle from the right-hand side of the car (the passenger side) . I opened the radiator cap to check the coolant level & it was empty again .

What could be the reason for this leakage & how can I resolve it?

Also, how old is the radiator cap? We all tend to forget them, but they do require regular replacement.
