Default Strange clicking/vibrating

I need some help trying to disgnose a problem. I have 2 issues: 1 more immediate than the other.

1) Less Important
Ive had this clicking noise for 6 months + anytime I accelerate. The harder I would excelerate it seemed like the clicking noise got stronger and would click faster.

Example: mild acceleration..
tick.. tick.. tick.. tick

hard acceleration
Tick tick tick tick tick

Less time inbetween clicks.

2) More Important Problem
This just started as of a few days ago. Whenever I accelerate up to 3500 - 4000 rpm in each gear it makes a very strong clicking + vibrating sound and it sounds as if something is clanking against something else. Im attaching vids of the sound etc.

Even in Neutral when I accelerate the noise occurs.

anytime I drive under 4000 rpm any gear there is no noise, no grinding, no problems. The second I accelerate harder and over 4000rpm (especially hard acceleration) then this nasty noise occurs.

Hear it mostly in third gear and on. Can still hear it in 2nd etc. If i have any gear in gear or it in neutral and i accelerate past 4k rpm it will occur. Occurs a litter higher on the rpm band the lower the gear is.

Have brought this to my mechanic. We threw it on a hoist and took a stephoscope out. Well guess what. On a lift under no load the car makes 0 noise. Not a single squeak/ vibration/ noise/ chatter.

I even went through all my gears 3x on the hoist. Went from 0 to 75mph on the hoist going through 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th etc all shifting at around 5800 rpm trying to produce the noise. Tried higher revs as well on the hoist. No wierd noise at all just normal engine noise etc.

put her back on the ground. Same noise occuring during hard revving.

my mechanic thinks it may be engine or tranny mount. Possibly clutch flywheel or tranny worst case? Anyone have any ideas?

#1 Best vid of clicking noise. Any gear and neutral above 4000rpm

Noise is noticable here #2 Best vid of clicking noise. Revving to 6k rpm in neutral.

0 to 80mph. No noise at all under 4000rpm shifts

Normal revving under 4k. Can hear slightly at 5000rpm here

p.s. all videos are only of noise problem #2. Any driving under 4000rpm is normal.

thank you for any help

I can't listen to your videos right now. Did you do a compression test? Have you checked for play in your engine and tranny mounts?.. Although I'm doubtful it's those.

Hey man not sure if you got this solved but when I was poking around I heard that the rear wheel axle where it meets the wheel bearing can cause this noise. Thats number 1

2 Sounds like heat shield rattle I have the same thing on my 04. I think its coming from the exhaust manifold aka headers.
