Angry passenger window trouble

Hi! Switched from turbo Miata to a "real" sports car! Anyway, have had car for three weeks and today passenger window quit working. I can't control it from drivers side or passengers side BUT I can raise/lower both windows with key in drivers door lock (???)

I think the window child lock is pressed. It's in front of the buttons. Not sure why this car even has it but hey its fooled me before.

i bet it is too... hell i took mine to nissan for window motor replacement under the extended warranty... they brought it back 5 min later saying that was it. i never felt so dumb in my life, but they told me i was not the first to overlook that. i dont understand why it locks out the drivers side from controlling the passenger side

check the red circled button

...wish I was a fly on the wall for that one. ...If that doesn't work, OP, you may need to do a window motor reset. What year is your Z?
