pin 3 SB Open
pin 6 ly close
pin 1 w/r is pot power
pin 4 g throttle position 1
pin 5 L throttle position sensor ground
pin 2 Y throttle position 2
I suggest you download the EC.pdf for the FSM for your year. These should be for a 2003. It has a TON of info for troubleshooting.

Cux350z thanks so much. Downloaded the ec pdf. I'll go thru it tonight and mess with the car again in the morning. I'll let you know what i come up with.

APP sensor is on the pedal, not the throttle body.

Yeah i know. The problem is somewhere between the ecu and the throttle body. According to my volt meter the pedal sensor is working fine. Also when i look at the live data on my scanner i can see the tps voltage increase and decrease with movement of the pedal. Correct me if if wrong but this must mean the ecu is getting signal from the app since the scanner is just reading info off the ecu.

So pin 3 at the ecu is supposed to have 12v with the ign on and i have no voltage there. Also pin 104 should have 12v with the ign off and 1v with ign on and i have 12v constant there. WTH!

I encountered the same issue as the OP, was able to determine why I was not getting any signal from the ECU to throttle body.
PIN 3 off the TPS harness was loose and did not make contact with the ECU harness plug, along with the same issue on the ECM harness pin 104. Fixed those issues and finally got proper TPS signal.
went through the relearn process and all is good, car running like a champ.
