Exclamation Erratic Idle After Throttle Body Cleaning

Whats up guy. Just bought an 07 350Z last Friday, 147000 miles. Replaced the spark plugs. Cleaned the throttle bodies. Started the car and it was not idling right. It was revving up by itself, going back and forth from about 1500 to 2200 RPMs. When you drive it at low RPMs and barely let off the throttle its very jurky. Same jurkyness when you apply the gas at low RPMs. After about 3000 RPMs it seems to run normal. Although my gas milage is now hovering around the 10-14MPG all the time. I took it to Nissan and they ran an ECM reset, Idle volume learn, and some other resets. They said the ECM was not responding to the resets and I should START with replacing the ECM. Don't have $1700 to throw at a new ECM that Nissan claims may or may not fix the issue. A lot of people on the forums were saying it's a vacuum leak. I have a homemade smoke machine that I hooked up to each intake boot and found no smoke leaking anywhere which kind of worries me. Any suggestions as to what the issue is?
