Top row of the inner fuse box won't work, this all started because my obd port won't connect to my obd2 scanner. Looked up some videos to see what the problem could be, some say it might just be a fuse went to go check the fuses the top row wouldn't light up, but the bottom row would. Not sure what is going on any information will help.

 

Did you do anything to the car recently or did the problem just start on its own? Why were you hooking up a OBD2 scan tool? Was the CEL on or were you just testing the tool? What kind of tool is it? Year/mods/mileage?
