What’s up guys, first post here so go easy on me. Just picked up a 2008 Z, 76k miles on the odometer and yes a 6 speed. I’ve had it for about a month and have been going through once a week and doing whatever maintenance I could get to on it. Finally the other day I got around to doing the transmission fluid [yes I spent at least half a day researching the “best” fluid to use, went with a redline mix MT85 75w-85 (two quarts) and MT 90 75w-90 (topped it off with this) ]. Also did a shifter plate adjustment because my 5/6 gears were way off, all in all the tranny shifts like butter now, but while I was under the car I noticed an opening to where my clutch sits. I can basically see inside the tranny, I’m no genius or expert on these cars but I’m pretty sure there’s supposed to be a cover there. Was wondering if any of you can help me out finding the part number or selling me theirs?👍🏼 Anyways here’s some pics while I was under the car (disclaimer, i had a feeling they replaced the tranny and when we got under it we confirmed that the tranny was swapped so not too sure what’s going on under there exactly )
