Oil light & low pressure after oil change and new oil pressure sensor?

So bought this car about 3 weeks ago. Been driving fine since then. No issues. The oil pressure gauge was stuck at 120psi so I assumed the sensor was bad. I bought a cheap eBay sensor to see if that would fix the issue.
So installed that along with an oil and filter change. Started up, check for leaks. None. Get going down the road and my oil pressure is low and the oil light keeps popping on and off every so often.
Do you think the cheap eBay sensor is just faulty and that’s my issue since it wasn’t doing any of this before?

Many of the members here have stated that the 350z doesn't like aftermarket sensors. See if you can obtain an OEM one. Also, verify that your issue is not an electrical one. Inspect the connector harness, you could have a frayed wire or short circuit somewhere.

I should’ve searched about the aftermarket sensor issue beforehand. At least it was cheap. I have the oem sensor I’m going to put it back on soon in that case.
Thanks.
Thanks.
