***edit, update posted below*** mechanic replaced b1s2, not b1s1.. totally disregarded the codes the car was throwing... meh. fml..
Is this a stock header? Had the shop weld a new bung on cause old o2 was hitting the body. Replaced o2 and still getting .01-.03v (at idle, jumps higher on wot but still out of whack compared to driver side header o2) readings on bank 1 sensor 1 (headers sensor passenger side)....
Could it be a bad wire coming from the engine harness? After two new o2's im thinking that might be next.. Or the shop's part guy dropped off some shitty offbrand o2's?Thinking about replacing the down stream o2 sensor on the same passenger bank, then if that doesn't work I guess it could be a wiring issue. the o2's play off of eachother right?
Are these cars sensitive to specific types of o2 sensors? maybe the bung and spacers they added is now too far away from the exhaust gasses? Is front o2 sensor to far spaced out?Someone please help or direct me towards someone that could shed some light. Thanks..
Also, what type of exhaust is on this? I think it deff has headers w/ high flow cats? it has the stock heat sheild on the top of the headers that you can see through the engine bay. Thats why i thought headers were stock. What about the mid pipe? That middle nissan cat is stock? Not sure why they didn't just chop that off.. Also the nismo cat back has a hilarious weld job 2.5 to 3 inches xD

Budders,
I can't answer your as to whether your header is stock or not. However, here's a link to a post about the expected O2 sensor readings in your car:

Update: I'm thinking the mechanic put an AFR b1s1 type sensor in b1s2 which should be a heated o2. pre-header-hfc should be an afr sensor, not o2.. so OG b1s1 sensor hasnt been touched, thus same reading.

edit - dude put aftermarket o2 sensors in bank 1.... 2006 de Z needs OE
//
//
#BlameTheClintons Bill Clinton ****ED my Z diagnosis procedure over so hard not even funny.... apparently by 04-08 nissan per-emptively attempted to comply with CA regulations. Fuel system could be diff +manifold sensors. had to call nissan and give them my vin. said theres ~30 o2 sensor part numbers for Z's in general.......
2006.0 350z o2 issue b1s1 needs oem o2 not aftermarket p2a00 .... talking to nissan technician w/ 15 yrs experience. my 02/2006 Z requires narrow band AFR sensor for bank 1 s1 ... if you have california sticker on bottom of hood you need OEM sensor! oe part number = 22693cd700 or denson DENSO 2345061 ( 234-5061 ) Oxygen (O2) Sensor (which is actually a narrow band afr sensor i think $ 72.79 #helpingTheCommunity
