i was driving down the road and i went to turn around and the truck turned off, i tried to crank it up and the wipers came on.. i replaced the battery, alt, and starter. i tried to turn it over again and it does the same thing.. i pull the fuse on the wipers and the lights came on... so i put the fuse back in and now both come one and the truck still doesn't come on. Any ideas? its a 1995 GMC k1500
