'13 Touring Coupe - lost the intelligent key fob (only had one) and tried the mechanical key - to my surprise the car would start (although this isn't the recommended method)
since then the remote intelligent fob & key have been recovered, everything functions normally but the mechanical key won't release from the slot. any solutions to getting it out?!
