Default Ball Joint Wobble after Replacement

I have a 2003 350z and recently just replaced the lower ball joints and lower control arms. The ball joints are beck/arnley and the control arms are MOOG. After I replaced them the car was very easy to turn and if turned sharp it wanted to turn itself. Sometimes there is a wobble from the passenger wheel when turned sharp in either direction. It's not the lugnuts I've already checked. I took it to get aligned the next day. Also it acts like it wanted to wander in the rain. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. The other day I backed out of a parking spot and and cut the wheel and the steering suddenly tightened up back to how It had originally felt for my 11 years of ownership. Is the ball joint not tight enough? Did it finally seat properly? Im totally confused and scared to drive it, its been sitting ever since.

This is difficult to diagnose from the information you posted. But, I realize you are struggling to diagnose this yourself.

I wonder if your wheel bearings are OK? Your description sure sounds like a worn and wobbly bearing.

The wheel bearings are new as well. They are Timken brand. It only does the wobble from a stop with the wheel turned hard. But it only happens every once in a while, it's hard to recreate.
