Will a 2006 G35 Trans fit in a 2003 350z?

I'm working on swapping my trans since its starting to grind. Im looking at options and the G35 tran is available for the cheaper option. Is it possible for it fit in the 350? Would it be bolt on or need adjustments if it does?

I'm not sure but check Z1 motorsports......they sell the latest version of the 6mt. They will know what fits what even if you don't buy from them.
