They're probably too disgusted at how much of a jack*** you are. Not just for destroying your friends car, but for not owning up, telling him, and taking responsibility.
We, on the other hand, have no problem telling you how much of a scumbag you are.
So you completely dont f this up further - just sack-up and take it to a good mechanic and let him fix it and man-up and pay the bill.
You've done damage, likely fixable, but no one here is going to be able to help you with the limited information available. Showing us a video and suggesting a misfire wont help.

You need to perform a compression check on all 6 cylinders. If you know how to change a spark plug, get a pressure tester and measure the compression in each cylinder:

Your throttle body or tps might need to be reset, just unplug your battery for about 10 minutes and then reconnect it. It may start up and then die after a second but that is normal. It'll do that for maybe half a week or so before It relearns. I'd try that before buying anything especially since its free.
