Default Radiator filler neck removal

I looked around youtube and google, but specifically for our car it's hard to find a source. Anybody know the method of taking off this damn radiator filler neck?

Sure- a SawzAll with a metal blade. KIDDING.
Just replace the radiator, you're not likely to fab the top correctly without the experience and tools. Gl!

If you are trying to clean or replace it you will need to pull the intake manifold. Depending on the age of the car would consider replacing the knock sensor sub harness while you are there. They don't cost much from Z1.
