Hi,

My problem is that when I start my car the engine revs to 4k and then stalls. Pressing the throttle doesn’t do anything so I can’t keep my car from stalling. Also after the car stalls it smells there is a burning smell like a firecracker. I’ve had this problem after I installed a new intake manifold, throttle body and intake. I’ve tried resetting the ecu but it hasn’t worked/done anything. Does anyone have any idea what could it cause it or something I could try?

don't believe the manifold nor the intake would have to do with it. My guess is the new throttle body.
Did you plug everything back in correctly?
