Preventative maint. around 80-100k miles
i have an 03 manual 350z with 84k miles ive only owned a handful of months. looking for suggestions on preventative maintenance while i have it away for winter.
I got minimum paperwork with it just oil changes and little miscellaneous stuff.
its pretty much bone stock
I did all new plugs and Hitachi Igntion coils a few weeks after I bought it.
I have new silicone lines, aluminum coolant bleeder, fuel port, Upper plenum gasket since I bought a spacer and oil gallery gaskets waiting to go on until spring hits.
i know I should probably look in to doing cam and crank sensors as well but other than that I’m new to the platform and just want this thing to maintain reliability so I can enjoy it.
I want any and all suggestions to maintain this car it was a goal of mine for a long time and I finally got one.
I just hit 100k miles on my 03 and basically replaced every fluid, coolant, PS, transmission, diff, oil, bled the brakes, and clutch. If you are doing the work yourself, this will definitely get you familiar with the platform. Also check all of your bushings, compression arm bushings, ball joints, and diff bushings are probably toast by now.

Since you lack good records, read the FSM for more details, but here's a few items to add to your list:
Purchase a good code reader and check for any codes held in memory. If the battery is any older than four years, get it tested and check/clean all terminals and connections to ensure good grounds. Change out all fluids, including tranny (MT85), diff (synthetic GL-5), 4-wheel brake fluid (high-temp DOT 4 fluid), radiator (50/50 antifreeze/distilled water) and clutch master (use same DOT 4 brake fluid). Check play in wheel bearings and any worn lugs (R/R as needed), Check and swap air filter. Might want to do a UOA when you perform the next oil/filter change to get a baseline on the condition of your VQ.
