Soft top frame work
Bought myself a 2007 350z Touring Roadster last year. It was a steal and in amazing condition, except for the top latch. I bought the new latch but was waiting for cooler temps to start working on it. It was zip tied down and was still drivable for months, then it blew open on the highway.
It closes most of the way, but stops a few inches short. I’ve been trying to figure out exactly where it’s off and can’t pin point it. Does anyone have any advice? I can’t find a good diagram or pictures of the frame anywhere to see what exactly everything looks like when in perfect condition. I also can’t find any replacement frames anywhere. Even if someone has pics they can share of the inside of their frame at all of the linkage/hinge points that would be amazing.
