Car starts then shuts off 1-2 seconds latter
Basics - 04 G35 with PB Mid Mount kit. Stock engine, Kinetix Velocity Manifold, UpRev MAF, ID 725s,UpRev Tune.
I'm currently getting remote tuned and for whatever reason the car yesterday decided it no longer wanted to stay running.
I had a problem a few weeks ago when I started the tune process where #4 and #6 cylinders were not firing correctly. After checking all the coils and cleaning all the injectors car started up and ran like a champ and has been running fine. Last Wednesday I noticed that the car had a little miss again, I gave it a little gas and it cleared up. Odd but not crazy. Fast forward to yesterday, I got a new tune that would allow me to get into a little boost. Up loaded new tune and I had that every so slight miss again. Gave the car a little rev to clear it again, this time the miss doesn't clear. So, I shut off the car and turn it back on to see if it a reset would clear it up. Nope, so start disconnecting thing to figure out which cylinder is acting up. Disconnect #6 big change in RPMS, cylinder working as desired. Moved to #4 same story, then moved to cylinder #2 and when I disconnected the fuel injector it didn't make a difference. Leading me to believe that cylinder is the problem. So, I shut off the car and gabbed some wire to test the fuel injector. Touched it to the battery and i can hear it clicking awesome. Plugged it back in, and tested the coil pack. grabbed a spare spark plug the coil pack. Placed the coil pack and plug where the spark would jump to the shock tower and it's making spark. Sweet everything is good plug it all back up and try to start the car. It starts for about 1-2 second then dies. FML, upload previous tune to see if it's tune related. No change....This is fan ****ing tastic. Been fighting it for about 12 hours now.
Things that have been checked:
Coils- Making Spark
Injectors - All are clicking when turning over the car.
Seeing RPMs when cranking.
