Does this justify a "BUYBACK"
-feathering (tsb done, still making road noise at 55mph)
-bose amp replaced
-tranny replaced
-grease streaks
-tranny or rear is whining when I deaccelerate
-hatch wont open sometimes. Have to try several times.
-overspray (dealer tried to fix bumper, ended up overspraying on rest of car)
Obviously its not a lemon. But do I have a chance at a buy back if I go to the attorney generals?

not likely... you should check the laws in your state to see what they say with regard to "lemon laws"
Usually, the law says something like the car has to be in the shop numerous times over some number of days to have the same problem addressed.
So, if you have the car in the shop five times and it was in the shop for, say, 200 days out of 365 to have the transmission fixed and the dealer had installed new transmissions and it was still not working correctly... then you might have a case....
