Windshield Cracked 7" (GRRRR)
By filing those high claims, someone is paying it, USAA sure is not paying it. And those people paying the excess is everyone else but people with multiple claims.
I am not going to sit here and argue back and forth. But answer me this. Who pays your excess?
Don't get me wrong, USAA is one of the best if not the best out there for Veterans.
Geico wanted over $800 more a year. Hate those dumb commercials anyway.
Thats another way USAA saves, they don't pay for advertising like the other big companies pay for.
I just wished Insurance companies would reward the non-claim drivers, such as myself a lot more rather than punishing us by raising our rates because of others with multiple claims.
I have not had a claim in over 16 years. I'm done ranting.

USAA has given my family money back for not having claims in some years in the past....
Those claims made by me, or because of me (the one) were paid by USAA....
Did you foot the bill for those? You did, I did, anyone who's a member did. Thats the way insurance works we all pay in so when someting happens there is money to cover it.
Trust me I would LOVE to NEVER have another insurance claim in my life, but if the dreaded time comes, then I will make a claim.
My parents havent had a claim in their life that I know of, and at the ripe old age of 24 I've had like 4. One of them was mostly my fault back when I was 16, and the other 3 were due to other people hitting me. (Rear ended twice, and a guy ran a stop sign and smoked me for the other).
Driving is dangerous business these days. I wish I could go 16 years without having a claim.
I have learned the power of insurance in talking and dealing with people who dont have it. So I pay my money and dont complain too much for the peace of mind that it gives me.
I'm currently working with a claim on Liberty Mutual for my wreck last month (rear ended by an 18 wheeler on the interstate, cop wrote him up for following too close. I slowed for the car in front of me and bam....). They did nothing but put me on hold till I threatened to get a lawyer.
Some/Many insurance companies do suck.
