Lawsuit In Ohio???
I am looking for a recommendation on a good Lemon Law attorney in Ohio so I can pursue a suit against Nissan over this tire wear issue. Is there anyone out there that can recommend someone?
Have you looked into Krohn & Moss? They have an office in Cleveland. Possibly I'm confusing you with someone else from Columbus, but based on some of your posts I was under the impression you had already initiated a lemon law suit. I live in Columbus and will probably be doing the same after my second set of front tires are ruined.

I am probably the person you are thinking of. I don't really like the lawer I have. I want to get a second opinion. Where at do you live? Maybe we could work together with a lawyer.

I live right outside Columbus on the north end. Since I just had my second set of tires mounted last week I've got about another 5-6000 miles to go before these tires will be toast. I figure I cant do much with the lemon law until at least my second set are done.

I bet you live really close to me. I live by the Polaris mall.
Actually you may not need to wait another time. I have not even put new tires on the car. The lawyer I spoke with stated that since I got them to state in front of a witness the fact that the issue is 'normal' and will 'keep reoccurring every 5,000 miles', that I have a solid case. That and the fact I made them document everything in the work order they gave me.
