Did anyone else get their postcard in the mail last week? I did. It was addressing the "feathering" problem and the official recall. But, I already replaced mine. So, I'm submitting for reimbursement. Anyone else doing the same???

 

Some people did, and so was I.. but when I called NNA about my reimbursement, the lady said there wasn't any CASE ID open for it.. so she opened a new case id. She said I need to fax in:

1. tire invoice
2. car registration
3. credit card bill that showed the tires payment

I couldn't retrieve my credit card bill, so I am missing the 3rd item. Just make sure you get a case id number..

 

I called NNA before I got my notification, the lady was real helpful, opened my case and told me what i needed to send her, she followed up several times and I got my check from Nissan a couple of weeks ago - - I had purchased 2 sets of fronts (S03's) from tire rack - reimbursed me in full - the only issue is after the extended warrenty, we're on our own I hope the latest alignment fixes the rapid tire wear I've been dealing with??

called nissan about Speakers and Tires.
took to local dealer and installed upgraded speakers and changed front tires

its all about delaerships and how u deal with CSR when u call nissan
