Well, I finally got around to having the tire swap TSB done. I have aftermarket wheels and tires, so I had it done at a local tire shop recommended by my dealer. My feathering isn't even visible. You can feel it with your hand and you can hear it.
Here is what I got for my money:
1) Scratched Rim - shop owner denies they did it!
2) Still have roar in the 30 to 50 mph range.
3) Roar never goes away. Now, it is still there after 50 mph and louder than ever.
Anyone else experience this? Any solutions?

I had my feathering TSB done at my ex-dealer. Not only did the roaring remain afterwards, they also scratched my rim. What a retarded fix for a feathering problem. Only NNA would do such a thing to their customers.
I had tires replaced free by the dealer at 8500 due to feathering.
They rechecked the alignment, but i do not think they did anything
The new tires are a Bridgestone RE040 (same as original), but a different series- so maybe Bridgestone fixed the problem.....
So far, 9000 more miles, and perfect wear and no roaring.
Hope you get resolution.
