Default brushed aluminum interior

Ok, I know the Z is not a truck and should not be used as one, but seeing how my wife had my truck, I had to load my PA into my Z instead(dumb)..

while driving to band practice, it sctrached the aluminum part of the passenger handle a bit next to the arm rest.

Can I get it out with like, 800 grit sandpaper??? Any suggestions? Does Bat make overlays for this(I thought he did???)

I found more damage.... I spent an hour and a half and a trip to the store to get my door panel off to see if there was a dent in the plastic. I think what actually happened is that the material that's glued to the plastic stretched, any ideas on how to fix this???
