Default Dumb question: Will aftermarket tires void any warranty?

Sup,

Retarded question: what happens if I replace the tires right after I buy the car (cause OEM tires suck big time) and they start feathering? Would dealer fix the alignment? Any chance that would fix the problem? Would dealer give me a new set of tires?
Do you think the problem persists with 2005 models?

Thanks

My guess is that the dealer might do an alignment...tire replacement in that situation would prob be out of question.

Get your alignment checked before you switch tires. That way you're 100% covered.

If you keep the OEM sizes it's not an issue - - Nissan has reimbursed me for 2 sets of fronts - - extended warrenty for feathering - - I have replaced the RE040's with Bridgestone S03 Pole positions (Tire Rack) - - sent NNA proof of purchase with the reciepts and got reimbursed in full.

My alignment/feathering issues seem to be fixed after last four wheel alignment at dealer.
