Trunk Dented by a falling palm tree branch
It came down like a missle and hit it hard. Now there's a nice scratch and large dent to show for it.
Can anyone recommend a really good body shop that can fix it? Any ideas how to fix it? I'm bummed out cuz the car isn't even a year old yet.
Here's what I'm thinking at the moment. See if Dent Wizard can do their paintless dent removal (PDR) and massage the metal into like new shape. Then get someone to touch up the paint.
One shop told me PDR can't be done. They'll have to sand it, push the metal out as much as possible, then put a compound to get it perfectly smooth and repaint the whole trunk. 500 bucks total.
Any advice would be appreciated.
