dude i applaud you for having that kind of determination
but
theres no way in hell i could do that. The workout stuff is no problem as i work out 6 days a week but to eat that chit everyday?
I look at it this way.. im not rock solid like you but i still look pretty damn toned yet i get to eat whatever the hell iwant. You only live once and i believe food is a very enjoyable part of life. You just need to know your bounderies.
